Eligible expenses include project staff hires, consulting fees, staff training, meeting/networking event fees, production costs, and travel and accommodation. The program covers up to 80% of costs for projects serving communities of less than 20,000 people. Larger projects can receive up to 60% of eligible costs. Remaining costs can be covered by cash or in-kind contributions. Projects must be completed within one year and no later than March 31, 2013. The deadline for applications is February 28, 2012.
